Hi folks! Effective Immediately!!

Due to people reserving a ride and then canceling that ride the day of or actually not showing up at all…. there is now a $20 non-refundable deposit required at the time of reserving a ride time. If the ride is canceled by the customer for any reason or they do not show for their reserved ride time, the $20 will not be refunded. If Nation Road Horse Rental cancels the reserved ride, usually due to weather, we will refund the $20.

When you arrive for your reserved ride time, your $20 non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total cost of the ride. Also remember, once you reserve your ride time, you will be responsible to pay for the number of riders given, whether they come ride or not.

Nation Road Horse Rental hates going this non-refundable deposit route, but too many customers already for this 2025 riding season have canceled or didn’t show for their reserved ride.
