- CALL TO SCHEDULE ALL TRAIL RIDES/PONY RIDES
ALL scheduling of trail rides/pony rides will only take place over a phone call to 513-255-5752. No exceptions. I will answer question/concerns over emails and Facebook messages but will not schedule trail rides over those 2 methods.
2. PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT
Our preferred method of payment is cash. We still accept all major credit/debit cards with a $2/rider convenience fee added to the price of your trail ride. This convenience fee also includes using your credit/debit card for tips to pay our guides.
3. “NO SHOW” LIST
All customers who scheduled a trail ride with us and then do not show up for their scheduled trail ride are placed on a “NO SHOW” list. Anyone on this “NO SHOW” list, when calling to schedule another trail ride with us will need pay a non-refundable deposit to book a trail ride. This list also includes all past customers who did not show for their scheduled ride.
